We have been molding urethane rollers for over 30 years and can help you. We maintain inventory of wide range of compounds and materials such as Silicone, Viton, Neoprene, nitrile, pure gum, polyurethane and buna. And if we do not have it in inventory we can mix a custom compound to your specs. Roller- Recovery can help your bottom-line There are three steps you can take to reduce the cost of your machine rollers. 1) Recover your rollers instead of installing new ones. This may seem a common-sense approach, but the steel in a roller can account for up to 40% of its cost. Roller-Recovery is very friendly to your bottom-line and the environment. 2) Develop a Just-In-Time system, delivering your recovered rollers to meet your scheduled maintenance. Our customers that use this preventative maintenance avoid downtime due to roller failure and never have to wait on emergency roller to be refurbished. 3) Find a more durable material to extend the life of your rollers. If you have been using the same material on your rollers for over five years then chances are good that changing to a newer material can reduce the wear of your rollers.
